First Coast Industrial Electronics, Inc. warrants that all rebuilds and repairs will be free of defect for a one year period. Damage caused by improper installation by customer is also included in this warranty. If failure occurs during this period, First Coast will repair defect or refund the cost of the original rebuild.
Liability for defective repair or rebuild and manufactured products is limited to repair of product or refund of the cost of the repair. In no case shall First Coast Industrial Electronics Inc. be liable for any other cost incurred by the customer due to product failure
